Man charged with attempted murder after serious assault reports in Corby

A 21-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after reports of a serious asault in Corby.
Northamptonshire Police were called to a service road at the back of Butterwick Bakery and Mini Sam, in Rockingham Road, on Thursday 18 September, after reports of a man suffering serious injuries.
Alexandros Constantinou, of Torksey Close, Corby, is charged with one count of attempted murder and one of driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and is due before Northampton Magistrates Court on Tuesday 11 November.
Six other people from Corby arrested in connection with this incident remain on police bail pending further enquiries.
These are a 40-year-old woman and five men aged 23, 24, 34, 34, and 38.
