Driver injured in A43 crash near Brackley

Collision involved a van and a car at the Green Man pub junction

Witnesses are being sought after a serious road crash on the A43 near Brackley left a man in his 60s with serious injuries.

The collision occurred at approximately 11.20am yesterday, 8th April, at the junction with the Green Man pub, involving a white Citroen Berlingo van and a blue BMW ZA car.

The driver of the Citroen was taken to University Hospital Coventry with significant injuries as a result of the collision.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are urging anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have dash-cam footage to come forward.
