Man charged with multiple burglaries targeting businesses in Daventry

A 32-year-old man has been charged with nine burglary offences following a series of break-ins at businesses in Daventry.

Dale Adderley, who is without a fixed address, faces charges of eight burglaries and one attempted burglary.

The charges pertain to incidents occurring between 26th April and 11th May 2026, impacting various local businesses.

These include Pets at Home, Zizou Express, Zingers Fast Food, Danetre Chippy, and pubs such as The Plume of Feathers and the Dun Cow.

Adderley is set to appear this morning at Northampton Magistrates’ Court on 14th May, where the cases against him will be presented.
