CCTV image released in Northampton vehicle theft investigation

Northamptonshire Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak with following a theft from a motor vehicle on Boughton Green Road, Northampton.

The incident occurred between 10.35pm and 10.45pm on Saturday, 4th July, when a man entered an unsecured vehicle and stole documents and a debit card.

The stolen debit card was subsequently used fraudulently at a local shop.

Detectives believe the individual captured in the CCTV footage may have important information that could aid their investigation.

They are urging him, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward.

Witnesses or those with information are encouraged to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 26000407151 for reference.
