Car thought to have been deliberately torched in village near Kettering

A burnt-out car found in a layby in a village near Kettering is thought to have been set on fire deliberately.

Northamptonshire Police are asking for information and witnesses after the vehicle was discovered off the A6183 in Weekley in the early hours of Friday 22 May.

The silver Seat was one of three vehicles damaged.

A 33-year-old man from Durham has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and arson, and has been released on conditional police bail.
