Appeal for woman who may have been a victim of crime to come forward
Police in Kettering are appealing for a woman who was in the town centre yesterday (3/7/26) and may have been a victim of crime to get in touch.
Officers were called by a member of the public to report an incident where a man was seen to follow a woman, while recording her on his mobile telephone in the area of Montagu Street.
Detectives investigating the allegation would like to speak to a white woman, aged between 20 and 35, and who was wearing a flowery dress to contact them as a matter of urgency. It is believed she was walking away from the town centre.
They say they also want to speak to anyone else who may have witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area this afternoon to contact them.
