A man's died in a fatal crash on the A14

Witnesses are being sought after a driver died following a single-vehicle collision on the eastbound carriageway of the A14, between junctions 10 and 11, near Burton Latimer.

At about 4.50am this morning (Thursday, February 13th), the driver of a blue and white Scania HGV, for reasons not yet known, collided with the central reservation.

Sadly, following the collision a man in his 60s was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit would like to hear from anyone who may have dash-cam footage that captured any part of the collision.
