Former Lioness and Sunderland footballer Jill Scott is taking part in Soccer Aid
It is the celebrity fundraiser at Old Trafford tonight.
Former Lioness and Sunderland footballer Jill Scott says taking part in football's Soccer Aid is an honour.
The 38-year-old has taken part in the celeb filled fundraiser for UNICEF before and says she has seen first hand the difference the money raised can make.
Wayne Rooney, Robbie Keane and Carlos Tevez are also among the former football players raising money for UNICEF at Soccer Aid later.
Jill Scott said: "I met a family that had to flee from their home.
"They said to me that without the money from UNICEF, they wouldn't have had a safe space on the other side.
"The last couple of years, I've definitely played these games with a lot more meaning in my heart."
She continued to say: "When you go out there and you kind of see that these families are in them real situations and they need help.
"Sometimes people say that they can't donate much, but any little bit does help."
