Teenager arrested after ATM theft in Watton
Police pursuit leads to arrest; three suspects still at large
Norfolk Police have arrested a teenager in connection with an ATM theft in Watton, following a burglary report received yesterday, 15th July.
Officers responded to the High Street incident around 4.54am, with pursuit efforts eventually concluding in Weeting.
The search involved officers on foot, drones, and police dogs, resulting in the arrest of a teenage boy on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking, aggravated burglary, and possession of a knife or bladed article.
The teenager was questioned at King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre and has been released on bail.
He is scheduled to appear at King’s Lynn PIC on 7th October 2026.
Authorities report no injuries linked to the incident.
Three other suspects remain outstanding, and inquiries continue into their whereabouts and involvement.
Norfolk Police urge anyone with information concerning the incident or the unaccounted suspects to come forward.
