Two arrested after attempted burglary in Norwich

Two people have been arrested after reports of an attempted burglary in Norwich.

Police were called to Fugill Road at 6.38am, to a forced entry to a property.

A man in his 40s and a teenage male were later detained at a flat at Burleigh Tower in Munnings Road.

They're being questioning on suspicion of criminal damage and possession of an offensive weapon.

Norfolk Police have urged any witnesses, or anyone with further information, to contact them on the 101 non-emergency number.
