Billy’s mum and dad said:
“Our son Billy Morris grew up in Leeds. He moved down to Norfolk where he met his girlfriend. Billy was a hard worker, he was polite and kind-hearted. He had a big impact on everyone he met. Billy will be dearly missed by all his family, his sister, his friends and forever in our hearts.
“We would like to thank the witnesses who stayed with Billy at the scene, the police, the paramedics, the Air Ambulance and the Intensive Care Unit at Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge.”
Billy’s girlfriend Jessica said:
“Billy was an amazing man and the best daddy to our beautiful baby girl. The moment I met Billy he changed my whole life and made it something so very special, something to live for! He makes me smile every day and he always will. Me and our baby girl will never forget how funny, loving and caring you are! We will always look up at the stars to find the brightest one, which will be you! I love you with all my heart and so much more! I’m beyond heartbroken that our lives and future together as a family were cut short, I will forever cherish our memories as a couple and then as a family! Rest in peace my love, my squishy, my heart. From your Jessica and Ariana.”
