Four more arrests made after Thetford disorder
A man has also appeared in court charged with drug offences
Four further arrests have been made following violent disorder in Thetford last week.
A man in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of a section five public order offence, inciting racial hatred and obstructing a highway.
The arrest relates to an incident on 4th August and he has since been released on bail.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a highway, in relation to an incident on 4th August, and has been released on bail.
A third man, in his 20s, was arrested on suspicion of a section five public order offence relating to an incident on 5th August, and has also been released on bail.
A teenage boy has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker, in relation to an incident on 5th August, and remains in custody.
A man in his 20s, previously arrested on Sunday, 9th August, has appeared in court.
Rodrigo Ramos, aged 26, of St John's Way, Thetford, was charged with possession of a class A drug with intent to supply, namely cocaine, and possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis.
He pleaded guilty to both offences at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 11th August.
Ramos has been remanded in custody ahead of sentencing on 14th September at Norwich Crown Court.
