Police appeal for witnesses after teenage passenger seriously injured

Police were called to the B1105 in West Barsham at 11.17am on Sunday, 17 August, following a serious two-vehicle collision.

The incident involved a blue Seat Leon and a white Hyundai Santa Fe towing a caravan. Emergency services – including ambulance crews, the air ambulance, and fire service – attended the scene.

A teenage girl, travelling as a passenger, was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with serious injuries.

The road remained closed for much of the day, reopening at around 7pm.

Police are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
