Teenager charged after reports of forced entry to building in Norwich

A man has been charged after reports of forced entry to a property in Norwich.

Norfolk Police say they were called just after 6.30am on Thursday 21 May to Fugill Road.

There was no one on scene when they arrived, but a man in his 40s and a teenager were arrested a short time later at a flat in Burleigh Tower, Munnings Road.

18-year-old Samih Ozkan, of Fugill Road in Norwich, has been charged with criminal damage.

He has been bailed to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on 23 June 2026.

The man in his 40s has been released without charge.
