Theft and Dangerous Driving
The most recent in a series of offences occurred on 18th March 2026, when Stebbings hijacked a taxi. After travelling from Norwich to Dereham, Stebbings took the opportunity to move into the driver's seat and drive away while the driver searched for an address.
