Police seek witnesses after serious crash in Denver
Motorcyclist in hospital after collision on Lynn Road
Police are looking for witnesses following a serious crash in Denver that occurred on Sunday, 5th July.
The incident happened at 10:58am on the A10 (Lynn Road) and involved a grey Renault Captur and a red Triumph motorcycle.
Emergency services attended the scene, resulting in the road being closed until 6pm.
The motorbike rider, a man in his 70s, suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, where his condition is described as serious but stable.
The driver of the Renault, a man in his 90s, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He was taken to King's Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning before being released under investigation.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have information about the driving manner of either vehicle prior to the event.
