Flights cancelled at Norwich Airport over industrial action
Airport closure comes amid union negotiations
Flights at Norwich Airport have been cancelled amid ongoing industrial action.
Staff members in the Prospect union voted for action concerning pay and conditions.
The airport announced that it would be closed to air traffic between 8am and 1pm on Friday (21 August).
An airport spokesperson apologised for any inconvenience, stating: "Discussions with Prospect are continuing and we remain committed to resolving the dispute."
Flights that are not impacted are set to operate as scheduled following the closure period.
Passengers have been advised to check with airlines for the latest information.
