Man dies in A47 crash
Two other people were injured in the incident at Hockering on Saturday
Police are appealing for witnesses to a fatal crash on the A47 at Hockering.
It happened on Saturday 28 December at 2.28pm when a silver BMW 4 Series and a silver Skoda Yeti collided.
Emergency services attended and the road was closed for over five hours.
The driver of the Skoda, a man in his 60s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger in the Skoda, a woman in her 40s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
The driver of the BMW was also taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with minor injuries and has since been discharged.
Police say a third vehicle, a blue Honda Civic, collided with the verge.
The road reopened at 7.45pm.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or 'the manner of driving of the vehicles prior to the collision happening.'
