Jury discharged in Norwich murder trial
The judge made the decision due to 'the availability of legal representatives.'
The jury in a murder trial relating to the death of a man in Norwich has been discharged.
Elvis Vickers, 47, of Mousehold Street, Norwich is charged with the murder of 48 year old Abdulkadar Chadli in November 2024.
The trial started at Norwich Crown Court on 31 March this year, but today the judge ruled that proceedings be vacated due to the availability of legal representatives.
A new trial date has been set for 24 November 2025.
