A man has been charged following the discovery of a Cannabis Factory in Great Yarmouth.

Officers conducted a warrant at a property on Lichfield Road on Thursday 18 September and discovered 76 cannabis plants along with hydroponics equipment.

A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Eduart Dida, aged 39, of Howard Street South, Great Yarmouth was subsequently charged with being concerned in the production of a quantity off a class B drug, namely cannabis.

He appeared before Norwich Magistrates’ Court on Friday 19 September where he was remanded into custody until his next court appearance on 17 October.
