Five men charged following drugs warrants in Norwich

Five men have been charged following arrests for money laundering and drugs offences after a proactive police operation in Norwich.

The charges follow five warrants carried out at addresses in Norwich on Wednesday morning (10 September 2025).

Seyed Houssaini, 54, of Norgate Road, Norwich, Muhammed Muhammadi, 23, of Foulgers Opening, Norwich and Albert Piska, 22, of St Margarets Drive, Norwich, have been charged with conspiracy to supply a class A drug, namely cocaine and money laundering.

A fourth man, Bekim Spahiu, 27, of Wensum Street, Norwich, was charged with conspiracy to supply a class A drug, namely cocaine. A fifth man, Hekuran Allari, 23, of Muller Road, Bristol was charged with conspiracy to supply a class A drug, namely cocaine, money laundering, two counts of GBH and one of ABH.

All five men appeared Norwich Magistrates’ Court this morning (12 September) and have been remanded to appear at Norwich Crown Court on 10 October 2025.

Two further arrests were made – a man in his 30s on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a class A drug, namely cocaine, money laundering and possession of a Class B or C drug has been bailed to appear at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre on 18 December 2025.

A second man in his 30s was also arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply a class A drug, namely cocaine, money laundering has been bailed to appear at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre on 10 October 2025.
