Driver suffers fractured ankle after crash in The Woottons

Police are now appealing for information and dashcam footage

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision between three cars on the A149 yesterday morning (8 April) close to Castle Rising in The Woottons.

A black VW Arteon was travelling along the A149 Queen Elizabeth Way at 10.50am in the direction of Dersingham from King’s Lynn, when it collided with a black Audi A1 and a white Ford Transit van.

The driver of the Audi sustained a fractured pelvis and lower leg injuries and was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance.

A closure was in place at Castle Rising junction but was open by 1.30pm.

Anyone with any information or dashcam footage is asked to get in touch with police.
