Police have launched an investigation after copper cabling worth more than £100,000 was stolen in Clenchwarton.

The incident happened between 10am on 14th April and 3am on 15th April.

Six lengths of 1.3km copper cabling, for telecommunications, were stolen from locations between Main Road near Ferry Road and Clenchwarton Road at the junction with Poppyfields.

The total value of the cabling is estimated to be around £104,000.

Police believe the suspects have used multiple access points along this route, likely using a flatbed vehicle or van to transport the cables, and parked in Millenium Way in Clenchwarton to organise the load.

Anyone with information, or dashcam footage that might aid the investigation, is urged to contact Norfolk police.
