Bird flu case confirmed in Norfolk

All affected poultry on the premises are to be humanely culled.

A case of bird flu has been confirmed on a farm near Loddon.

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs says following official testing at the , highly pathogenic avian influenza H5N1 was confirmed in the site in South Norfolk.

All affected poultry on the premises are to be humanely culled.

A 3km protection Zone and a 10km surveillance Zone have been put in place surrounding the premises.
