Woman arrested after Moss Side stabbing
A man was rushed to hospital yesterday evening
A man is recovering in hospital after being stabbed on Princess Road late last night. Emergency services were called to the scene at around 10:20pm, where the victim was found with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
Police acted swiftly to arrest a woman on suspicion of assault in connection with the incident. She remains in custody today for questioning.
A cordon is currently in place on Princess Road, with officers maintaining a visible presence in the area. Police say patrols will continue throughout the day and into the week to reassure the community and assist with the ongoing investigation.
