Two further arrests made in relation to murder investigation in Cheetham Hill

Two more people have been arrested in relation to the murder investigation in Cheetham Hill.

Officers responded to an incident on Thursday 23 October, where a 26-year-old man sustained serious injuries on Cardinal Street, Manchester.

He was taken to hospital where, despite the best efforts of medical staff, the man sadly died.

A 19-year-old man was arrested, and two further arrests have now been secured for suspicion of murder.

An 18-year-old man and 22-year-old man currently remain in custody for questioning.
