Man charged with murder of Karen Youdell
Karen Youdell died in May 2024, from her injuries, nine months after an attack.
Greater Manchester Police have charged a man with the murder of mum-of-four Karen Youdell.
43-year-old Dean Johnstone, of no fixed abode, has now had his charges amended from attempted murder and assault to murder.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 22 January 2024.
This is following the death of Karen Youdell after reports were received of an attack on Rose Bank Road, North Manchester back in July 2023.
50-year-old mother, Karen Youdell, was airlifted to hospital. She sadly later passed away from her injuries nine months later in May 2024.
