Man charged with murder of woman in Rochdale

A man from Rochdale has been charged with murder.

Kyle Howard, 25, from Tweedale Street is accused of the murder of 44-year-old Keeley Aspinall.

He is set to appear at Manchester Magistrates Court today, Wednesday 3rd June 2026.

On Monday 25th May 2026, police responded to calls regarding a concern for welfare at an address on Tweedale Street.

Upon arrival, the authorities discovered Keeley Aspinall, who was confirmed deceased.

The victim’s family has paid tribute to her, describing her as someone gone too soon and expressing their love and sorrow.

Police are appealing for anyone with information related to the incident to contact them via 101 or through their website's LiveChat service, quoting log 2307 of 25th May 2026.
