The 76 year old has died weeks after assault
A murder investigation's started after a pensioner died in hospital, weeks after being assaulted in north London.
Jalal Khan, who was 76, was found in Ponders End High Street in a life-threatening condition on October 30th.
He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service in a life-threatening condition, but died in hospital on Wednesday, 19 November.
A 40 year old's previously been in court, charged with G-B-H, assault, robbery and threatening a person with a knife.
