Man charged with drugs offences in Chester

A 37-year-old man has been charged with possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply in Chester.

It came after police raids on a flat in St Anne's Tower, St Anne's Street, on Thursday 18 June.

A large amount of heroin, and £6,000 in cash, were discovered there.

Sean Randles, of Victoria Avenue in Ellesmere Port, has been charged with two counts of the offence, and possession of criminal property.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court next month.
