Woman hospitalised after dog attack on Drummond Road in Skegness
Police detain dog and arrest owner following the incident
Police have arrested a 40-year-old man after a woman was injured in a dog attack on Drummond Road, Skegness, on Saturday, 13th June.
Officers received reports at 7.28pm about the incident, where a woman was attacked by a dog in the street.
Upon arrival, police found the woman with facial injuries, and she was attended to by ambulance staff before being admitted to hospital for treatment.
The arrested man is suspected of owning a dog dangerously out of control and will undergo questioning by investigating officers.
