Woman charged after fatal crash near Ludford

A 59-year-old woman has been summonsed to court, after the death of a motorcyclist.

Elizabeth Holden, of Old Mill Lane, Whitton, is accused of causing death by careless driving.

The summons follows an investigation into a collision on the A631 Louth Road, near Ludford on Saturday, 12 July 2025, which led to the death of a 44-year-old man.

Ms Holden is due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 11 February 2026.
