Two men have died in separate Easter Sunday collisions in Lincolnshire.

The A16 between Algakirk and Sutterton Dowdyke, close to Church Lane, was shut around 1pm after a Citroen Berlingo van and lorry collided.

Lincolnshire Police say a man in his 50's from Holbeach died in the crash.

Later in the afternoon, a man in his 70's from Nottingham died when his motorbike crashed on the A46 near to Witham-St-Hughs.

The road was closed between Pennels and the Halfway house roundabouts as officers investigated.

Detectives have asked for anyone with information about either collision to come forward.
