Two men charged in connection to stabbing in Sutton Bridge
Two men were injured during the altercation on Friday (May 30th).
Two men have been charged in connection to a stabbing during an altercation in Sutton Bridge which left two men injured.
Emergency services were called just after 7.50pm on Friday (30th May) to reports of a fight on Bridge Road, Sutton Bridge, near to The Curlew Centre.
The incident spread across Bridge Road near to New Road.
37-year-old Mahmoud Ruswolpoor, of Medlock Place, Boston, has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent, and 20-year-old Bzaf Abdullah, also of Medlock Place, Boston, has been charged with affray.
Both men have been kept in custody and will appear at Lincoln District Magistrates Court on Monday (2nd June).
A 28-year-old man, also arrested in connection with the incident has been released without charge.
Following the incident, a man in his 20’s was taken to hospital with injuries believed to be caused by a knife.
His condition is not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
