Two charged with attempted murder after assault in Lincoln
The victim suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital
A man and a woman have been charged with attempted murder following a serious assault in Lincoln.
46-year-old Sarah Mason, of no fixed address, and 29-year-old Matthew Pearson, of Monks Road in the city, are accused of attacking a 37-year-old man at a property on Monks Road on 31st August.
The victim suffered serious injuries and remains in hospital in a critical condition.
Mason and Pearson have both been remanded in custody.
They are due to appear before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court later today (8 September).
