Teenager in court on drug and driving charges in Lincoln

An 18-year-old is due in court today charged with dangerous driving, drug possession, and other driving offences.

Reagan Welch, from Kingsnorth Close in Newark, is accused of driving a car dangerously on Outer Circle Road in Lincoln and in the Welton area yesterday (Sun 5th July).

Welch also faces charges of failing to stop for police, driving without insurance, driving without a valid licence, and possession of a Class B drug.

The case will be heard at Lincoln Magistrates Court.
