Support on Hand after GCSE Results Given Across North East Lincolnshire
A range of help is available for students and families after results day, from careers advice to mental health support.
Support is on offer for anyone feeling uncertain after picking up their GCSE results across North East Lincolnshire.
Many students are celebrating, but there’s help in place for those who are unsure what to do next—whether that’s moving into further study, training, or looking for work.
North East Lincolnshire Council’s Young People’s Support Service is offering free careers advice for sixteen to eighteen year olds, with extra help at the Molson Centre and Grimsby Institute.
Adults can also talk to the council’s Adult Careers Team at the Careers Café in Freshney Place for support with finding work or training.
There’s help available for mental health too—with services like Compass GO, Young Minds Matter, and the Shout text line all ready to listen.
