Sudbrooke man charged following fatal cyclist collision

Court summons issued after investigation into 2024 accident

A 64-year-old man from Sudbrooke has been summoned to appear in court in relation to a fatal collision involving a cyclist.

David Graham, residing on Beresford Drive, has been charged with causing death by careless driving.

The charges stem from an incident on Sloothby High Lane, Hogsthorpe, on Friday, 29th November 2024, during which a 38-year-old man riding a bicycle tragically lost his life.

Mr Graham is scheduled to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 22nd July 2026.

The summons follows a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the two-vehicle collision.
