Staff absences at Lincolnshire hospitals lead to the workforce struggling to cope.
A so called "critical incident" was called last week because of the lack of staff and the amount of patients being cared for.
Around 400 staff at Lincolnshire's hospitals are away from work due to covid related issues.
In total nearly 10 percent of the whole work force are currently not working.
A critical incident was recorded on Friday meaning staff were struggling to cope with the workload.
