Police arrest four people following concern for safety in Boston
The arrest were made after blood-stained clothing was found near a property on Revesby Avenue yesterday evening.
Police were called to a property on Revesby Avenue at 9.17pm yesterday evening following a concern for safety.
Officers arrested two men, aged 40 and 59, and two women, aged 33 and 37, on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. This followed reports of bloodstained clothing being found near the property.
There is currently an increased police presence in the area as police carry out enquiries into how the clothing came to be there.
Police say they are in the early stages of their investigation. They are asking the public to avoid speculation on social media and to rely on official updates.
Officers are also asking anyone with information about the incident to call them on 101, quoting Incident 607 of 29th of July.
