Missing teenager Fern last seen in Lincoln

Police in Lincolnshire are looking for a missing teenager who has not been seen since Tuesday 18 November.
Fern was last sighted in Lincoln.
She was wearing black bottoms and a black top, and it is believed she may have a change of clothes with her.
Anyone who has information on her whereabouts is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101.
