Body found in searches for missing Lincoln student

A body has been found following searches for missing University of Lincoln student, Connor Calleja.

Officers say they discovered a body in the Foss bank body of water near The Brayford in Lincoln.

Although not formally identified, officers believe it to be the body of Connor.

He has been missing since the early hours of Sunday morning.

There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

Officers have thanked anyone who shared his missing appeal, and are asking for the public to respect his family's privacy.
