Man summoned to court after fatal collision on A52 at Croft Bank
A 20-year-old man has been summoned to court following the death of a motorcyclist in a collision on the A52 at Croft Bank.

Robbie Beeson, of Queen’s Estate, Wainfleet St Mary, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
The collision occurred on Saturday, 21 December 2024, and tragically resulted in the death of a 23-year-old man. Police carried out a detailed investigation into the incident, including gathering witness statements and reviewing forensic evidence from the scene.
Mr Beeson is due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 18 February 2026.
Officers are reminding all road users of the importance of driving safely and adhering to speed limits, particularly on rural roads. Investigations into fatal collisions can take time, but police stress that summonses and prosecutions are pursued rigorously to ensure accountability and road safety.
