Man dies after collision at Great Limber

A 76 year-old man has died, after a collision at Great Limber.

Officers were called to the incident involving a blue PW Polo car and a Suzuki GSXS 1000 motorbike, which took place on High Street at around 12.40pm on Thursday, 16 April.

The rider of the motorbike, Paul Wood, sustained significant injuries and later died.

Specially trained officers are supporting his family.

The driver of the car, an 18 year-old woman, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving. She has been bailed, while enquiries continue.

Investigators are asking members of the public who witnessed the incident, may have dash cam footage, CCTV or any other information which may prove helpful to get in touch.
