Lincolnshire PC charged with perverting the course of public justice
PC Laura Kaciulyte has been summoned to appear at Nottingham Magistrates Court
Lincolnshire Police have confirmed PC Laura Kaciulyte, who is based at Lincoln, has been summoned to appear at Nottingham Magistrates Court tomorrow (3 April).
The 30-year-old is accused of giving false mitigation relating to a speeding offence on the 17 June 2024.
The force says it "had a tendency to pervert the course of public justice."
PC Kaciulyte is charged with an offence of intending to pervert the course of justice.
