Lincoln offenders jailed

They committed several offences

Three prolific offenders, from Lincoln, have been sentenced, for several offences.

Dean Millington, 47, of Newark Road, was sentenced to a total of three years, for burglary, shop theft, assault and vehicle offences, including aggravated vehicle taking.

Penny Carey, 31, of Addison Drive, was sentenced to a total of two and a half years, for breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO), burglary, assault and shop theft. She was given a three-year CBO, with conditions not to enter any retail premises in Lincoln, except for one pharmacy and one supermarket.

Millington and Carey appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on 6 August for sentencing.

Billy Whealan, 37, of Hatcliffe Gardens, Ermine East, was sentenced to a year and four months, for breach of a CBO and shop theft. He was given a three-year CBO, with conditions not to enter any retail premises in Lincoln, except for one pharmacy and one supermarket. Whealan appeared at Crown Court on the 7 August.
