Skegness man charged after off-duty officer offered drugs

A man from Skegness has been charged after an off-duty police officer was offered drugs.

Officers say that after the incident, they recovered packages confirmed to be drugs and two mobile phones.

21-year-old Kyle Messenger has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine.

He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (7th January).

He's been remanded in custody.
