Investigation into suspicious death in Sleaford

Police are investigating a suspicious death in Sleaford.

Officers were called to an address on Sandringham Way at around 2am on Sunday, 22 March where the body of an elderly woman was found.

A man, aged 74 and a woman, aged 75, have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Officers say they're in the very early stages of the investigation and will be in the area for some time.

Members of the public may see several police vehicles as a result of enquiries.

Police say this is a normal part of the investigative process and should not cause alarm.
