Man arrested after woman, 20, found dead in Gainsborough
A 31-year-old man is in custody
A 31-year-old man has been arrested after a 20-year-old woman was found dead at a property in Gainsborough.
Police were called to an address on Haldane Street just before 10am today (24 September).
A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said "We were called to an address on Haldane Street, Gainsborough just before 10am on Thursday 24 September, following a report that a 20-year-old woman had died.
"Officers are investigating the cause of her death and there will be a police presence in the area while our inquires are ongoing.
"A 31-year-old-man has been arrested in connection with our investigation."
