Grantham man found guilty of sexual offences against children

A 62-year-old man from Grantham has been found guilty of a number of sexual offences involving children.

Steven Robins, of Fourth Avenue, was convicted following a three-day trial at Lincoln Crown Court, which began on Tuesday 25 August.

He was found guilty of two counts of making indecent photographs of a child, as well as engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under 16.

Robins was also convicted of two counts of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a child under 16, and causing the sexual exploitation of a child under 18.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Lincoln Crown Court again in October.
